Zastron established quality and environmental management system based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and obtained the ISO 9001 and ISO14001 certificates issued by BVQI on December 2002. The quality management system helps us to define and satisfy the customer’s quality requirements. The environmental management system helps us to minimize harmful effects on the environment caused by our activities. The cumulative investment in environmental protection has been more than five million RMB.

For enhancing customer satisfaction, we have upgraded the quality management system according to ISO/TS 16949 technical specification since 2005,and obtained the letter of conformance of TS1649 issued by BVQI on November 2008.

In order to meet the requirements of RoHS Directive and green procurement standards of customers, Zastron have established the Green Products Assurance System of hazardous substance management in the whole process,for example ,the process of product development, material selection, supplier management, preservation, production, inspection ,testing and so on. Zastron not only have obtained IECQ QC080000 certificates issued by BVQI on May 2008,but also obtained OEM Sony green part issued by Sony on October 2008.

Besides, some value-added tools have been integrated into the system, such as Six sigma, BPM, KPI based on Balance score card, e-collaboration workplace designed by cws software and etc. In the coming years we will introduce OHSAS18000 and SA8000 management system.
