This policy defines the ZASTRON’s objectives and commitment to quality.

There are three principal aspects of this policy :

- ZASTRON is committed to achieving manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction

- to follow the "deeming cycle" of plan-do-check-action as a method of continuous improvement

- the existence of a formal quality management system, based upon the requirements of ISO standards

This policy has been communicated and explained to all ZASTRON employees, in order that they must understand the organization’s commitment and objectives in respect of quality.
