The policy explain the goals pursued and the promises made by ZASTRON in the aspect of Corporate Social Responsibility
The Policy include the following principal aspects:

- Comply with state labor laws and regulations, and applicable international labor and human rights conventions and codes. Continuous improve the working conditions and staff welfare;

- Provide equal and equitable working environment, and prohibit any form of discrimination and forced labor;

- Provide reasonable wages and benefits to meet staff living needs;

- Provide safe, healthy and reasonable working and living conditions to insure the safety and health of staff;

- Comply with business and professional ethics, and protect intellectual property rights.

ZASTRON have passed the ideas of the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy to all the employees, and make them understand the goals pursued and the promises made by ZASTRON in respect of Corporate Social Responsibility.
